How tall is 68.5 inches in feet

I know 68.5 inches is 5.7 feet, but 5.7 feet does not mean 5'7". I want to know my height in that format.

no 60 inches is 5 foot so 68 inches is 5'8 right so that would be 5 foot and 8 and 1/2 inches right.
