Solve this word problem for me

Mr.Robert uses 2 scoops of formula for every 3oz. of water in Juilanna's bottle. How many scoops are needed for 8oz. of water?

let x= the number of scoops needed for 8 oz. of water

2 scoops / 3 oz. = x / 8 oz. (cross multiply)
16= 3x (divide)
x= 16/ 3 or 5.33

Is it 5.33 scoops?
