I know 1lb=3,500. so how much in 5, 10, and 20?

Since you already know that 1lb=3,500 calories, you just have to multiply the calories by how many pounds you are looking for.
For 5lbs, you take: 5lbs x 3,500cal=17,500cal
For 10lbs, you take: 10lbs x 3,500cal=35,000cal
For 20lbs, you take: 20lbs x 3,500cal=70,000cal
I hope I could help you out. :)
