I need to get a B or better in at least one semester of Calculus in order to get into the Graduate program I'm interested in. I didn't take Pre-Calc in high school, so I'm kinda nervous. Is there anything I can do to for prep work?

All math is logical and easy if you take the time to learn it. It just requires practice and building upon what you learned previously. If you haven't taken math classes in a while, I'd refresh on algebra and trig. Once you start class, do not tell yourself at any point "I can't do this." If you have confidence, you can always figure it out. You just have to keep working and practice with homework. Also, I've never met a professor that was unwilling to help.
Good luck
