It originated from ships at sea. I was astounded when I joined my first ship , when learning my way round, when we came to the back end of the ship, the lowest open deck was --- the poop deck! That created all sorts of questions. Do we use it for a poop, is poop made there, is the deck made out of poop?
It turns out that there was so much bullshit in the military, it was a well known fact that **** flows down hill, so those at the top just shovelled it off their sloping shoulders down the ranks, and it had to go somewhere!
Wherever we docked in the world we delivered a massive helping to the recipient country. In Africa they were very thankful as we provided fresh food for the starving millions of flies who could not find food elsewhere.
In the States they recycled it in fast food restaurants, knowing full well that nobody could tell the difference from the crap they were already serving.
Australia was thankful as they actually had something to talk about.
Finally, because there was an island just to the west of europe which had ships visiting from all around the world, it became commonplace to dump all the **** from the world here. The island is known as Britain!
so full of **** that it can now export it, talk it, breed it and still has room for more.
