How Does The Equation 11,000 = (x-1000) x (10,000/x + 10 ) become 11,000x = 10,000x + 10x^2 - 10,000,000.....

000 - 10,I simplified the first equation using foil and I got this 10,000 + 10x - 10,000,000/x - 10,11000x = 10,......
11000x = 10,000x + 10x^2 - 10,000,000 - 10,000x

I simplified the first equation using foil and I got this 10,000 + 10x - 10,000,000/x - 10,000

But how did it become

11000x = 10,000x + 10x^2 - 10,000,000 - 10,000x

And from there how does it become

10x^2 - 11,000x - 10,000,000 = 0

Thanks for any help!

11,000 = 10,000 + 10x - 10,000,000/x - 10,000 using FOIL as you know.

Now, multiply both sides by x, and you get

11,000x = 10,000x + 10x^2 - 10,000,000 - 10,000x

Now just combine like terms. The 10,000 x and -10,000 x on the right hand side add up to zero:
11,000x = 10x^2 - 10,000,000
Subtract 11,000 x from both sides:
0 = 10x^2 - 11,000 x - 10,000,000
