It's a peculiar question, CH. But I think the Arctic is more fascin8n' as Arctic nations from Norway to Canada are pursuing territorial claims. Notably, Denmark believes there's an underwater mountain range extending from north of the territory of Greenland to the North Pole. Also, if global warming has its way, the legendary Northwest Passage may open up to maritime traffic. As for Antarctica, I do believe the coldest temperatures have been recorded there. & I just saw some photos of marine life there.
