True, they did confessed that, but i think they did it for publicity only. Because there are too many questions that are without an answer, even though they did made a circle in front of the cameras. They did ONE circle, in a couple of hours. The real crop circles have really advanced and complicated design, that cannot be done by two guys with a rope and a stick. Besides, in a real crop circle, the smart guys discovered molded metal inside the plants, radioactivity, and other kind of things that the two man couldn't do it. The students from MIT tried to do a circle with ALL the specific anomalies, and they spend an entire night, using mountains of gizmos. After the experiment, they all concluded that 5 vans, with lights on, and an army of students using flame throwers and iradiating devices, could never get unnoticed. So, the circles still remain a mistery, even this day.
