What's the hottest country in the world

The hottest area in the world is Al'Aziziyah, the capital of the Al Jfara district of Libya. That's where the hottest temperature on Earth was recorded.

Consistently (throughout the country), however, this record goes to Ethiopia.

Interior of Libya, or Ethiopia, or Iraq, or India are very warm, but parts are cool. As far as the highest average over a whole country, I would guess Saudi Arabia would come out hottest overall.
