USA/CANADA/UK/AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND. In terms of transportation, education, safety and health care. Give me the order of their ranks in only those countries.

Well according to the Human Development Index, the authoritative list of what countries are developed and which are developing, Australia is ranked the highest of these countries at (2) on the list. New Zealand is next at rank (3), then the USA ranked (4), then Canada ranked (8) and finally the UK ranked (26).
Personally I have lived in the US and NZ. I have to say I really don't think NZ belongs that high on the list. All the other countries at the top are very wealthy while NZ has among the lowest incomes in the developed world (ranked in the 30s) below almost every Western European nation.
NZ has one of the highest ranked education systems in the world according to the PISA study of OECD nations. It is certainly the highest ranked of the countries you list, well above the UK and US (though only marginally better than Canada or Aus.) It is also probably the safest country on the list, consistenly listed as the most peaceful nation in the world with the least corruption in government and high levels of transparency.
It's healthcare system though would only rank above the US on that list, with all the other countries having better funded systems. The transportation network is not only dead last among those countries, it is decades behind any of the rest of them. NZ has no national rail network to speak of. All goods must be delivered by truck. There are no motorways (super-highways) outside the largest city, Auckland, and that means the whole road system is two-lane undivided roads with plenty of hair-pin turns given the very mountainous terrain. Auckland itself has public transport that makes LA look good. There is no integrated bus system, no subway, no light rail network to one third of the city, no public transit of any kind to the international airport (which is a 30 minute drive away). In fact there isn't even a highway to connect the airport to the city. You have to drive for twenty minutes across suburban roads to get to the motorway.
