Find charges on 3uF and 6uF capacitors. Thanks in advance.

The resistors form a voltage divider, so the voltage across the left cap is (3/9)9 = 3 volts, and the right one is (6/9)9 = 6 volts.

then just use Q = CV
Q1 = 3µF x 3v = 9µC
Q2 = 6µF x 6v = 36µC

The trick is to ignore the transient response, charge time, etc, since the problem only asks for the final steady state charges (I assume) on the capacitors.
