We currently dont have enough technology to create a new colony on a whole different planet - and survive.Environmental collapse is eminent - if not stopped, and will continue progression due to the clearing of trees to provide houses, materials etc.First things first, right?......
These are questions that no one knows, and no one can predict. The world might be lucky enough to have a brilliant scientist who can further increase our technology.
Though, at the moment, i'd say environmental collapses are the biggest threat. We currently don't have enough technology to create a new colony on a whole different planet - and survive.

I'm at least another year away from finishing my doomsday device so there is time.
Evolving physically, we do this all the time. Nutrition, better medical science has allowed for stronger, taller, and longer living people to dominate this world just over the last 100 years. However, that isn't to say we haven't always been like this if humans in the recent past were just able to have the same advantages we have today.
As for human evolution, we're done evolving. Short of genetic manipulations in a lab, isolated human populations in a new environment that forces adaptations for survival; we are done evolving. Us humans have found our natural place in the animal kingdom and we are very good at being humans, just like monkeys are very good at being monkeys. There is no room for further evolution without opening additional isolated and dramatically different environments that would force adaptation over hundreds of years(such as space colonization on a different world that might have more gravity and humans might find that they have to compete as predators again). Basically, as our species stands today, there are no more mountains to climb, no more worlds to conquer. We are done evolving as our situation on earth exists today.

it will be us who will end humanity, example use petrol and other natural recources when finished we can do nothing we are the cause for this.
and my 6th sence says that at end everything will be finished water food natural recources and people will starve. end of humanity

In actual there is no any specification about end of this planet or humanity, it might happen next moment or it might not happen up to next 100000000000000centuries. no one should exactly tell about. so cool down.

The global climate would have to change so dramatically without us perishing in the first place that physical adaptations are out of the question. We evolve with our intelligence through artificial selection.
