The answer is : Copper ii oxide dissolves in H2SO4 to produce Copper ii sulfate Copper ii oxide is in soluble in water . It does not give effervescence with acid

Copper chloride and copper nitrate are soluble in water

Copper carbonate is insoluble in water but gives effervescence with acid
