Is hexane more miscible than heptane and why

miscible in what? In nonpolar solvents there is not much difference. In water, both are pretty much insoluble but hexane dissolves 13 mg/L whereas Wikipedia says heptane is insoluble. The more H and C in the molecule the less tendency for it to be miscible in water.
