How do I convert 26.454 MJ/Kg into J/mol?
Please help and thanks.

From the data you have given it is only possible to give a general formula
Convert MJ to J - you know the multiplier. Convert kg to g - again, you know the multiplier. Now you can find the number of J/g. Let us call it Ht
Finally, work out the the molar mass in g and multiply it by Ht.
You have the method, you can do the calculation, but more importantly you will know how to handle this kind of problem in future. Good luck

woops I did it with 26.614 but it's still 26 so 26 MJ/kg = 0.00021 J/mol

To convert from MJ/kg to J/g multiply and don't divide by 1000.

whoops! you are right! My maths is pap!
This looks a bit better:
Mass of benzoic acid = 0.9884g
heat of combustion = 26.614 MJ/Kg
so:
26.614 x 1000 = 26614 J
26614 J x 0.9884g = 26305 J/g
mol = 0.9884g / 122 (RMM) = 0.0081 mol
0.0081 x 26305 = 213.07 J/mol
26.614 MJ/Kg = 213.07 J/mol

(26.454 MJ/KG)*(10^6 J/MJ)*(KG/10^3 G)*(Molar Mass [G]/mol)
You need to know the molar mass/gram formula weight/ whatever you call it, first.
