How much percent do i need to pass my math course

i'm in grade 10 and i am currently getting 65%
how much do i need to get on the exam to pass?

Well if you want to pass with a 50 percent you need 10% on your final.
(.80*65)=52 points
(.2*Final)
2/.2=10
10% on the test to pass the class with a 50%

You need to provide more information. At most schools, 60% or above is considered passing. Also you need to say what percentage of your final grade the test makes up. If it is a final exam that is weighted at 10% of your final grade, this makes a big difference from if it is treated as a part of your marking period grade. If the exam you are talking about is part of your marking period grade, you will need to tell us how many points the class currently has accumulated and how many points the upcoming exam is worth.

At my school, 65% would be a passing grade. Anything that is a 59% or below would mean that the course was failed and it would need to be re-taken if it was a required credit.

To answer your question, someone would need to know how much the exam is worth (normal 25% of the final grade) and what percentage grade is considered passing.
