I got pH=13.80-Answer is right.Take the difference and the NaOH will be seen to be in excess,Therefore subtract your pOH from 14.00 and Eurika!Acid0.......
60.0mL of 0.42M Lactic Acid (Ka = 1.38x10^-4)

Determine the pH after 150.0mL of 0.38M NaOH has been added.

I got pH=13.80

Answer is right.
Find the moles of each first Moles = molarity x Volume in litres
Take the difference and the NaOH will be seen to be in excess,
Therefore subtract your pOH from 14.00 and Eurika!

Acid 0.06L x 0.42 = 0.025 moles
Base 0.15L x0.38 = 0.057 "
You did it.
