Basically I smoked marijuana very lightly, not a heavy smoker. The last time I smoked was probably around 3 days ago, but I've been drinking 6+ bottles of water throught the day and working out sweating alot. How long should I keep this up. 3rd day, 6+ bottles of water per day. No use of that chemical body cleanser crap, id rather do it the safe way.

It really depends on your metabolism. THC is stored in fat cells. If you're lean or work out a lot I def wouldn't worry because you said you're not a heavy user..
It's a bit harder to cleanse when you smoke everyday multiple times....
ETA; they have home drug tests at walgreens and such if you want to be safe....
