I have a few questions that I need for biology.... thanks for helping!
What foods or products contain carbohydrates?
What's the function of carbohydrates?
What is the function of proteins?
What foods or products contain protein?
What foods or products contain lipids?
What's the function of lipids?
What foods or products contain vitamins?
What's the function of vitamins?
Thank you so much!! :)

1) grain products contain carbohydrates, so things like breads, pastas etc
2) carbohydrates are used as energy. they are the main source of body's energy
3) proteins are very very very important in terms of nearly all cellular functions and an organism's well being. a lot of lethal diseases are caused by malfunction of proteins. they are so important and have many diverse functions that i wont get into it, but i guess you can say they are used in building muscle
4) protein is found in meat
5) lipids are fats, so in today's world lipids are in almost all the foods you eat, but i guess specifically its in oil, butter, junk food, umm and anything that tastes yummy but is bad for you
6) lipids also provide energy, but most of the time, they are just stored as energy and not used because we use carbohydrates 1st, and if we dont have those then we go to the lipids. so energy storage
7) vitamins are found in fruits and vegetables like vitamin c is in oranges and other citric fruit and also in lettuce
8) they have a lot of functions too and are very important. they are used in cellular regulation...an example is a lot of hormones use vitamins for regulation. basically cell regulation

1. Bread, pasta, potatoes........starches
2. Carbs are used as the body's main energy source
3. Protein builds muscle
4. Meat, nuts, eggs...
5-6. Forgot what lipids are (its been a while)
7. Fruits and vegetables, milk (also a lot of lotions have vitamins in them like vitamin E)
8. It's been a while
Hope this helps a little
