The AIDS virus tends to only attack the immune system. In a sense, AIDS doesn't kill you. You die due to the fact that your body can't defend itself properly. Ebola attacks the connective tissues the hold everything together. This causes you to bleed out. Ebola consumes you from the inside out.
2) To become susceptible to a virus, the virus has to first be capable of causing infection in the host. The body in turn has to fail in identifying the virus, fail to destory or produce adequate immune repsonse before the virus can start an infection.
Hope this helps.
