Evolution can be accelerated by increasing the number of offspring that an individual can produce, reducing the amount of time between reproductive cycles, and removing individuals with undesirable traits. Obviously, these may not be considered desirable, beneficial, or ethical. For example, although increasing the number of offspring also increases the number of allele combinations in the next generation, it reduces the amount of resources available for each individual. Naturally removing unsuccessful individuals is common (for example, a natural event or series of events, such as climate change, can remove ill-adapted individuals from a population, leaving the more successful individuals to pass down their more successful genes; natural human interaction such as the preference of beautiful mates also prevents the genes of certain individuals from being passed on); however, accelerated, artificial, large-scale removal of "undesirable" individuals is the basis of illegal and unethical acts such as genocide. Therefore, in today's society, human evolution cannot be accelerated, at least not to the point where humans can evolve into "Super Humans" in several generations.

Furthermore, any idea of "Super Humans" is ill-conceived, as evolution cannot create a "perfect" species. Any adaptations that a species have will be well-suited for a certain environment but ill-suited for another. Also, evolution and natural selection can only modify existing traits by favoring existing alleles. For example, a reptile species can eventually evolve to become a species of bird by gradually having forelimbs develop features suited for flight over many generations; however, genes for wing structures sprouting from the reptiles' back cannot instantaneously appear. Hereditary material must be modified and shuffled amongst individuals over successive generations for certain traits to appear; new genes and alleles cannot miraculously appear (except by mutation, which is a random process and, more often than not, causes detrimental or even lethal defects).

I hope that this answers your question.

You could use select breeding, it's what Hitler was going for. It's what happened to wolves to turn them into dogs. We just take the strongest, fastest, and smartest of all humans and get them to breed with each other, then we kill everyone else.
