What happens to the cytoplasm of plant cells when the cells are put in 15% solution? Why? What happens to the cell wall? Why?

What is the 15% of solution? Salt? Glucose? Assuming it is 15% salt solution, the solution is hypertonic to the cell sap of the plant cell. The concentration of water in the cell is greater than the solution. So, water diffuses out of the cell into the solution by osmosis down concentration gradient. The vacuole will shrink and the plasma membrane will detach from the cell wall. Because of presence of the rigid cell wall, the shape of the cell will remain the same. The cytoplasm will also shrink.
