There r 2 types of neurons myelinated(as in CNS) And non myelinated(as in PNS).
Both the neurons cotains schwam cells.
So if schwam cells form myelin sheath around the axon then we can call this myelin. If not do so then non myelin.

Well it's the schwan cells job to wrap around the axon and it's myelins job to insulate the axon from signal degredation (but they are the same thing). Schwan cells make up myelin.
