With the SCR is on, S1 is open and increase R2 util the SCR switch off.
The measurement of the SCR's gate is around 101mA, gate voltage is 0.778, holding current 16mA and forward voltage is 1.92V.

No. As the image shows and your words say, S1 is open so almost no current is flowing. V1 is a high impedance volt meter which passes little current.
