So I'm 13 5"2 and 100lbs everyone mAkes fun of me because I'm 36 a and I have tiny boobs, do I have a chance to get big boobs natually when I'm older? Do people get prettier after the get into highschool?

You're only 13!! My boobs didn't stop growing until I was about 19. Do not sweat it. It is possible that you'll always have smallish boobs but don't worry, there is a whole group of guys (or girls) who prefer small ones over large ones. But really, you are too young to be worrying about it. I was an A cup around when I was 13 and now I'm a DD so be careful what you wish for!
For your second question, I am of the opinion that women are at their prettiest between the ages of about 20 and 30. When you stop going through puberty you aren't completely done growing/changing. As you get into your 20s your face will mature a bit, you'll look older and more beautiful. It is kind of a transition from looking cute as a teenager to looking beautiful as a woman. It is hard to explain but you'll see what I mean in 6-8 years. If you really want to figure out a way to make yourself look prettier, go to a hair salon and tell the hairdresser that you want her to give you a haircut that accentuates your facial features. Most should know how to do this but it might be a better bet to go to a slightly more expensive salon and not go to a super cuts. I'll never forget the instant transition when I moved my part from the center to the side. Instantly I looked prettier. Just saying, it is a learning experience. We all go through phases of thinking we should be prettier but you'll figure it out eventually.

Sorry, but you're just gonna have to wait for Mother Nature to do her magic at HER pace. Unless you're prepared for some major and radical surgery (complete with all the complications), you'll develop when Momma Nature's good and ready, and probably not before. Give yourself a year or two before you panic.
And, if the worst comes to the worst, there's always a possibility of a career in modelling . . . .

don't worry, about ur boobs, they will get bigger as u said, its just the matter of time. just do aerobic exercises and eat healthy. be positive
