It's not stroma but 'stoma';CO2 enters the guard cells in the leaf of the plant through diffusion.
Then they use this CO2 in photosynthesis to produce O2 gas and this O2 gas diffuses out of the stomata,producing O2 for all the aerobs ro breathe.therefore gaseous exchande in plants takes place in the stomata
