See, the argument of our universe resulting from one quantum fluctuation is hinging on the idea that the universe's energy level is zero, mainly because of cosmic inflation. Ask the Man!
Science tries to provide the mechanics of the event. With out a place or way to test the theory there is no scientific way to prove it.
Theology only states that it happened and gives a cause, but not a mechanical explanation of the event.
Science and the Bible at least now agree on it happening. When I was taking astronomy the first time the universe was considered static and a constant. Any one that suggested it had a beginning was considered a retard, any one that suggested it had a limit was an idiot. But science has confirmed to most of us that the universe had a beginning and has a limit.
Your question asks how, the Bible does not say and science guesses.
It does not matter because it exists with out needing an explanation as to how.
