I fear that you have narrowed it down to two pretty unacceptable choices, especially if you want to see deep sky objects. The 114 Celestron is known for its spherical mirror, which causes built-in optical distortions that cannot be corrected. Bad.
The 4.5 in. StarBlast is designed for kids. It is not much of an instrument, and it cannot show you deep sky objects in any detail whatsoever.
I recommend that you look into the XT8 Classic Dobsonian on the Orion website. It does not look as fancy as these, but it is a much better telescope than either of your choices.

They are both junk. ORION is a great dealer but, that scope is not very good.
As Groff stated, a Newtonian reflector on a Dobsonian mount is a better deal and will yeild actual results. The XT6 and XT8 "Classic Dobsonians" are great scopes around your price range.
You will NEVER see "everything" with a $200 budget.

I would go with that Orion scope, I have bought a lot of items from them over the years, top notch quality all the way, plus if you do not really like it send it back, they have a 30 day guarantee.

Neither is a good choice. The Celestron is one of the worst telescopes on the marked: a terribly flawed optical design on a shaky mount. The Orion is a better scope, but it has the same awful mount as the Celestron, Look instead for a Dobsonian mount: easier to use and more stable, and a simple but proven Newtonian scope, such as this:
