well it would seem difficult for a bacteria to have an orgasm since it lacks any nervous system or reproductive organs...
on the other hand if we are referring to organisms rather than orgasms, a successful organism is one that leaves many offspring, and scientists do not say that humans are more successful than any other living organisms.

I don't think they would, you could argue that we're more complex than bacteria but to say more succesful (or worse most succesful) is very conceited and athropocentric.
