Is it possible to go to a different planet?

I don't know about living there.

There are no people on Mars, well not on surface at lease (they could be cave dwellers, in which case there could be no opens to the surface as the air inside the caves would be sucked out by the Low pressure on the Martian surface.
We could live on Mars if:
>You live in a bubble dome. or other structure with enclosed atmosphere (very little air on Mars, also very cold)
>You walked around in space suit (like the astronauts did)
>You teraformed the planet and gave it: atmosphere like ours, an ozone layer, and enough plants to sustain oxygen. (if there is life on Mars this would probably kill it)
Other planets:
Venus (would need a hell of ozone layer, as well as magnetic field, the atmosphere is CO2 and Sulphuric acid as well)
Mercury has a spot near it's north pole that never sees the sun and is freezing cold. You could put something there to live in.
Jupiter has no surface, so you would need to live in the air (like on Bespin in Star wars) However you would need to be in enclosed space as Jupiter's atmosphere isn't survivable. Some of Jupiter's moons as well as Saturn's would be good for living on. They would all need to be changed or you would need to live inside something.
Titan around Saturn is actually what they thing Earth was like when it was young, it is full of carbon compounds and has the right air density and so on.

It depends. If you're talking about an earth-like planet, then maybe someday.
Like Jupiter, though? No. Jupiter is a big ball of gas with a rocky core, just like Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Their atmospheres are poisonous and by the time you reached the rocky core, you'd be crushed by the pressure.
