Assume my postulates are True and Tell me under what circumstances does velocity = volume in a Big Bang

this condition never happens because velocities and volumes dont even have the same physical dimensions (one is a length over time, the other is a length cubed). It doesnt even have anything to do with Big Bangs or anything like that; its just plain incorrect. To put in other words: if you tell someone that your bathtub takes 30 miles per hour of water, the person will give you the funny look.Youve learnt dimensional analysis in school.......

I suggest you look up the term "clanging", which is the use of words based on their sound rather than their meaning. If a client came to me and spoke to me in the way you have phrased this question, i would consider a diagnosis of schizophrenia. It's rather dissimilar to rational thinking and could make your life difficult. I would respectfully suggest that you might benefit from consulting a doctor. In the meantime, try getting enough sleep, eating well and cutting out caffeine. Also, get some company with people you trust.

under what circumstances does velocity = volume in a Big Bang?

Regardless of your postulates, this condition never happens because velocities and volumes don't even have the same physical dimensions (one is a length over time, the other is a length cubed). It doesn't even have anything to do with Big Bangs or anything like that; it's just plain incorrect. To put in other words: if you tell someone that your bathtub takes 30 miles per hour of water, the person will give you the funny look.

You've learnt dimensional analysis in school. Please speak to your physics teacher about it, or start reading here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimensional…

ROFL!!!!! There is no such thing as a "lithium neutrino". You really need to figure out the differences between the masses of a neutrino and an isotope of lithium. You also need to understand that the units of volume (CUBIC meters, kilometers, parsecs) and velocity (distance divided by a time unit, like kilometers per hour) are very different. Your postulates are a testament of your ignorance. "...Your facts are uncoordinated..."

the BIg Bang is still only a unproven concept so to make assumptions based on such a proposal would be like building sand castles on quicksand. Even if the BB occurred we should have to question whether all the laws of physics were in operation at the first few moments of explosion., or indeed if other, more potent laws were in force.

It cannot be: from a simple comparison of units used, velocity has units of distance/time and volume has units of distance cubed. (so your idea falls at the first hurdle)
