NASA have found an asteroid

NASA say in 2011 November a 55 ton asteroid will pass us it will come further us then the moon share your info?

BTW, 55 tons is "small potatoes" when it comes to asteroids.

Oh, yeah, give me a thumbs down, dunderhead. Anyone familiar with the Barringer Crater (Meteor Crater, in Arizona)?? That one was 300,000 tons. No doubt a good-sized hole in the ground....maybe a town-killer, but by no means, NO MEANS a catastrophic impactor. And you give me thumbs down on a 55 ton object. HAH! Get your headquarters out of your hindquarters.

The link below gives detailed information about this near Earth asteroid. It poses no threat to Earth in the next century, and is just one of the many asteroids which pass near the Earth every year.

Incidentally, like most such objects, it was NOT discovered by NASA, but rather by the Spacewatch program in Arizona.
