I need help!!!

-
Energy = Mass multiplied by the speed of light squared

Basically, this is the equation Einstein created showing that matter and energy are actually the same thing, just in different forms, kind of like how ice and water are the same thing, just in different forms. this also shows that a small amount of mass is equal to a very large amount of energy.

The speed of light is 3.0*10^8

Energy is measured in the Z-axis. KE = 1/2 mv^2. Here m = mass and v = velocity.
In the case of converting the torroidal and turbodynamic forces in a Dalton Atom into linear force at the speed of light, 'c', we get the formula E = m x c^2 by substitution and using formulas for wave theory of matter.
The torroidal forces are present in the X-axis, and the turbodynamic magnetic vector shoots out in the Y-axis in the Dalton Atom.

Edit#1: A view of energy changes based on refraction:
Reflection in our Universe occurs when Energy waves (Force) travels in a transparent medium. Faraday described our Universe to be filled with a transparent super-fluid called Ether. When Energy waves of Force travel in Ether, it causes a rise in the density of Ether. This rise in density of Ether causes a rise in its Optical density or its Refractive index. This causes the Energy Waves to Refract, and thus the waves change direction from the Z-axis into the Spiral or Torroid of the X-axis. This in 3-dimensions is Doughnut shaped and is called as an Electron. The inner whirling pore at the center of the electron causes a Tornado to shoot upwards towards the North pole in the Y-axis. This phenomenon forms the central Proton in the Dalton Atom. Thus, the very first laws that caused formation of atoms in the Universe are the laws of Refraction of Energy wave forces in Ether followed by Reflection.

Edit #1: Jake is not correct to say that mass and energy are same. "Basically, this is the equation Einstein created showing that matter and energy are actually the same thing, just in different forms, "

Someone today answered the same question this morning saying, mass and energy can be compared like bricks and the building material. One is a medium, the other separates it into units. Take a glass of water, it is uniform with one unit. Throw it up forcefully, and the same water is converted into thousands of drops. Energy is quanta or drops of matter. The mass does not change, but like bricks, it is given form and purpose.

Squared means a quantity multiplied one time by itself. In this case:

Energy = mass x the speed of light x the speed of light

This is abbreviated c^2 or c*2 if you don't have a superscript font available to you. Yes, Microsoft Word does have a superscript option under "Fonts."

Its a formula prepared by Albert Einstine................................…

-
Energy = Mass times the speed of light squared
