Can anyone tell me when the Apollo 11 Live Broadcast occured? Time wise

I need to know when the live broadcast for the Apollo 11 moon walk took place. I have checked several sites and have seen 2 PM, 9:30 PM, and 11:30 PM... so can anyone please help me out? :)

The LEM Eagle landed at 4;30 pm EDT. TV coverage started at least two hours before, maybe three hours or more before that. I suspect that local affiliates of the four national channels may have hooked in at different times. The four national TV channels in the USA in 1969 were NBC, CBS, ABC, and PBS.
