Venus or Earth?

The closer te planet to the Sun, the closer its orbit. Venus has a shorter distance in its orbit.

Venus. Its orbit is inside the earth's orbit.

It takes 224 days to go around the sun. Earth takes 365 days.

It is 108,000,000 KM from the sun. Earth is 150,000,000 KM away. If you run the equation for the circumference (C = 2 Pi R) you will see Venus travels a shorter distance.

Venus travel a longer distance per day than the Earth does. In one orbit revolution both Planets travel a distance in space equal to approx 8 time their radius vector.

Venus. The closer a planet is to its star the faster it will move around it.

Venus of course. Its nearer the sun.
