Your lucky day your not crazy I live in a hundred yr old house and have bizzare occurrences I asked a therapist if I see and hear things I believe paranormal activity would I have mental disorder he said absolutely not.you have to be open to thoughts of ghosts being real if one doesn't believe most of the time they won't attempt to communicate..

Every day there's at least one person here setting up the false dichotomy between "crazy" and "paranormal", as though there aren't alternate choices. At least you add on "imagination" in the end, which is certainly what feelings of being watched are, there's simply no reason to believe otherwise, and you make yourself prey to every New Age and religious advocate when you start thinking this way. I know it's trendy to watch the supernatural "reality" shows and so to want to have such experiences yourself, but if you watch the assertions of paranormal claims closely, you'll see they are all smoke and no substance. There is nothing but stories and fuzzy to support these claims, and stories and photos are trivially easy to fake. There is virtually always a rational, real-world explanation to every supernatural claim. I don't have a vested interest to persuade to believe any particular belief--all I'll ask you do is to evaluate these claims in the cold light of day, and not to casually adopt beliefs without supporting evidence.

have you done any upgrades to your mechanicals like electrical, heating maybe a new fridge ? I`m asking because issues with these things can be the cause of your para-noia, the feeling of being watched can come from faulty grounds in the electrical system, creating high EMF`s, a new furnace could be pumping carbon monoxide back into the house and the fridge too can produce hi-EMF`s, which all can lead to the feelings of paranoia and being watched! if you haven`t done any of these things then get the house blessed and burn some sage, it`s all the rage! it`s a ancient ritual to rid a dwelling of evil spirits! Your 15 and u have a maid?! Anyway yes that is quite possible. People can see ghosts or interact with them, but not all people. You could've received "the gift" and that is to be able to see angels and demands. You should look farther into it though.
