Rape farms as such - especially state sponsored farms- do not exist.
When I travel around Europe I see many large farms of a yellow crop. I am told that this is rape seed being produced. These seeds are pressed to produce a vegetable oil that is used in cooking. The original oil was found to be too acidic for good culinary use, Research in Canada led to the development of a low acid type , which is now universally grown : This oil is called Canola oil , Meaning CANada Oil Low Acidity.
Forget any thoughts that rape (seed) farms refer to anything other than the production of an agricultural crop.
But has this got anything to do with Chemistry?

There is no such thing as a rape farm - there are rapeseed farms that grow rapeseed plants (now called hemp).

Its hard to know if you are trying to be funny or you are uninformed.
