They are all about half the size of my thumb.http://oi41.tinypic.com/11vi429.jpg-Parson spider.Non-venemous but annoying.......

I live in Southeast Texas. I've been seeing quite a few of these in my house lately and it's worrying me as I own and care for sugar gliders and don't want them encountering something bad. They are all about half the size of my thumb.
