I think this butterfly is hurt . won't fly

I walked in my house and found this butterfly on the floor , i picked it up , surprised that it didn't fly . then i realized that one of it's legs wasn't being used when it was walking . well crawling lol .. could this make it not fly ? i've tried seeing if it could fly by putting it in the wind but it just fell off . it won't fly for nothing . i've gently stretched out the wings a little and they look perfectly fine . it has four wings . the two larger ones on top are black and a dark white . the smaller bottom two wings are a light red and black . any advice of what to do ? nothing rude please ..

the butterfly's wings has probably been touched and when a butterfly's wings are touched, the powder like stuff(actually scales) comes off which makes the butterfly unable to fly. im pretty sure they dont need their legs to fly. theres nothing really you can do except let it die unless you want to take care of it. which you would feed it (sugar water). it all depends on how much and how you touched its wings because butterflies scales do come back if you touched it gently. but if you touched it a lot and sort of harshly then there are chances that the butterflies wings have lost a lot of scales, which makes the wings more prone to tear, which could affect its ability to fly. soo good luck wiht your butterfly:)
