I know there's differences physically and intellectually, but what exactly are they other than size? For example, what makes black people being only 12% of the population almost the entire homicide prison population and almost half the total prison population in general?

It's not their brains.
The majority of black people are placed and grown in bad neighboorhoods due to racial history, while white people receive more luxury as they have grown up as the "dominant" race in American history.
It all depends on where they were raised and by whom, not their brain size.
Everyone has the same brain size unless they have a disease.

A persons brain and how is developed has far more to do with it than race. One has to factor in they way one is raised, how they grew in the womb, diet, schooling and a mess of other factors.
