lets look at ORder of Operations (this is crucial!)In any equation, follow PEMDAS(Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiply, Divide,......
Here are the problems I have absolutely NO idea how to work out.
Please work them out and explain to me how you did.
Please. I want to make it to the 10th grade.

√ 3 x √ 8

(3+√ 7)^2

√ 3(5√ 3-2√ 6)

Thank you for helping! I just don't understand :(

I'll be your textbook for now.

Before we get to your problems, let's look at ORder of Operations (this is crucial!)

In any equation, follow PEMDAS (Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiply, Divide, Add, Subtract)

That means if you have 2 + 3 x 4 you multiply 3 and 4 before adding two, because in PEMDAS, that "M" for MULTIPLY comes before the "A" for ADD.

WITH PEMDAS (this is correct:)
2 + 3 x 4 .... 3 x 4 = 12 . . . 12 + 2 = 14 2 + 3 x 4 = 14
WITHOUT PEMDAS (this way is wrong:)
2 + 3 x 4 = 6 x 4 = 24

See the difference? If you add before you multiply, you get a different (and wrong) answer!

Basically, if your problem has two or more of the things in PEMDAS, you solve it by using that order.
Examples:

5 + 2 x 2 . . . 2 x 2 = 4 . . . 4 + 5 = 9 MULTIPLY BEFORE ADDING

4 / 2 + 7 . . . 4 divided by 2 = 2 . . . 2 + 7 = 9 DIVIDE BEFORE ADDING

5 - 5 x 2 . . . 5 x 2 = 10 . . . 5 - 10 = -5 MULTIPLY BEFORE SUBTRACTING

6 - 8 / 4 . . . 8 / 4 = 2 . . . 6 - 2 = 4 DIVIDE BEFORE SUBTRACTING

Now you know that, so let's move on to your problems:

√ 3 x √ 8

The √ sign is the same as an exponent. You know how 2^2 = 4?
A square root is the same as ^1/2
A square root means your exponent is one-half,
so in PEMDAS, it comes after the P, and before the M.

√ 3 x √ 8

If a √ is an exponent, you square root your numbers before you multiply them.

√ 3 is about 1.7320 and √ 8 is about 2.8284. You can find those square roots using a calculator.

Now, multiply them (calculator) and you get 4.898 if you round that, it's 4.9
