I never really understood what these are and how their formulas work that's why i can't solve questions that involves further understanding . Can somebody tell me what velocity , constant acceleration ,displacement are and all the formulas. And if u are able please describe each formula.
Thank u thank u thank u . Plz be my life saver. Plz tell me what things stand for and their units in the formula. Plz

OK , let's explain it with an example :
1- displacement :
a car started moving in a straight line from rest and moved 10 meters .
this covered distance is called "displacement" X , you can say it is the straight line covered by a moving body from beginning to end , and if you want to calculate the change in displacement you subtract the initial displacement from the end displacement , and since it started from rest the initial one = 0 and the change in displacement = final one
ΔX = X final - X initial , in this case = 10 - 0 = 10 meter . OK?
2- time : the car moved 10 meters , of course it needed time to do so , let it to be 5 seconds ,
the time by which the body covered this distance is t , the change in it is like above : the end time - the initial time , and since it started from rest ( zero time ) , the change in time = end time .
Δt = t final - t initial = 5 -0 = 5 seconds . OK ?
3- velocity : by knowing the above information , I want to know distance covered by the car in each second in its motion if it completed motion with this constant numbers 10 meters per 5 seconds , and this is called the velocity .
velocity = change in displacement / change in time
V = ΔX / Δt , in this case V = X / t = 10 / 5 , the unit used is simple , get the unit of the above value over the unit of the denominator = meter / second = m/s = MpS . OK?
4- If the car didn't change its velocity so it's called uniform velocity ( constant velocity ) and no acceleration takes place i.e : = 0
