I am doing a project for school and I have to create a video about Newton's laws of motion. I have to give an example where all three laws are displayed. I chose to spike a volleyball. I know for sure that all three laws are displayed in this action, but I cannot figure out where the first and second laws are taking affect. Please help me! Thanks.

1. The ball will continue in its path until something hits it,
2. a = F/m...... The acceleration of the volleyball is the force applied divided by the mass of the ball.
3. F₂₃ = -F₃₂ .....When you strike the ball downward, you feel it slap your hand upward
