How to get mass [physics]

After we obtain these two values (Force and acceleration),4 = ?......
An object on a horiztonal frictionless surface is pulled with a constant horizontal force of amount of 4N. The object moves 1m during its first second of motion. What is the mass of the object in kg?

Can someone tell me how the professor got the answer of 2kg?

Thank you!

You're supposed to use F=ma in which case:

- Force = 4N
- Acceleration = 2ms(to the power of -2)

We obtain acceleration through the formula s = ut + 1/2at(squared)

Where s = 1
u = 0
t = 1

giving us the value of 2m (to the -2) for acceleration

After we obtain these two values (Force and acceleration), we can use F=ma to obtain the mass of 2

4 = ? x 2

Therefore mass = 2kg
