Is it possible to fly without being effected by G-forces

Or just move at speeds in general. Pilots get effected as they fly and I know if we had the technology then I probably wouldn't be asking. I want to know if it is possible theoretically?

Yes it is possible if you fly at a specific speed in a controlled enviroment :)

Look up the KC-135 Vomit Comet. It's used to train NASA astronauts. It flies in a particular parabolic path so that for several minutes at a time the occupants experience weightlessness.
