'Endless' magnetic lines are simply closed loops. See 1st link.

Electric lines of force always start on a positive charge and end on a negative charge, so are never 'endless' (providing you believe there are equal amounts of positive and negative charge in the universe!) Take a look through the 2nd link for examples.
