VELOCITY?????????????

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-07-04] [Hit: ]
Hence your answer should be your distance over time. Hope I helped.velocity = 8.3333 mtrs / sec-velocity = distance / time = 50 / 6 = 8.33 m/s-There is NO acceleration here. It is a constant speed.......
How can i figure out the velocity of an object with knowing only the time which is 6.0s and the distance which is 50m???

-
Velocity is the motion of an object in a direction right. Therefore its equations is displacement/time or meters per second. This is stated as ms to the power of -1. It is also defined as the rate of change of distance. The rate is so many meters per second. Hence your answer should be your distance over time. Hope I helped.

The formula is velocity = distance / time

So V = 50 meters / 6 seconds

velocity = 50 mtrs/6 sec

velocity = 8.3333 mtrs / sec

-
velocity = distance / time = 50 / 6 = 8.33 m/s

There is NO acceleration here. It is a constant speed.
