Do escape velocities of black holes increase as it's mass increases

Just wondering. It would seem logical that it would, but would that not mean the light will be traveling faster and faster than the speed of light?

If that happens does light start aging backwards?

no, because beyond the event horizon there is no such thing as escape velocity. and the speed of light never changes, all that changes is the spped of time around the speed of light to compensate. at or near the speed of light aging doesnt change for the travelor, but appears to rapidly increase for everything else.
