Yes, there would be a very small gravity, pulling outward from the sphere. I don't know the value, but it probably would be so small that it is not possible to walk, as walking requires a certain minimum gravity. Your steps, or attempts at steps, would propel you upwards to the center of the sphere and to the other side.

no, because if the heat didnt kill you the pressure sure as he11 would. besides, drilling the hole to carve said hollow space into the earth would relaase a catastrophic explosion of lava and gas from within the planet most likely killing every living thing on earth.

No, first of all because it's way too hot. And if you don't want to count that, the pressure down there wouldn't let you walk either. If you don't count either of those, then well gravity wouldn't work and i can't answer your question...
