i have been getting rude and stupid comments from non-belivers so if you belive can you help me out im going with my cousin and her husband ghost hunting im 13 so this will be my first ghost hunt in the fall help out please

you need to proper equipment first of all.
flash light, matches, voice recorder, camera, night vision equipment, first aid kit, phones, batteries, walkie talkies, compass, emf detector, video camera, film, and pencil and paper for notes.
do some research on the location, history in particular.
do a day walkthrough of the place to get familiar with the layout of the building.
basically follow all the steps like "ghost adventures" and you should be fine.
have a open mind to the paranormal, try not to show fear, have a empty mind of all worries, try to keep calm. ask good questions and when in doubt ask who, what, where, why, and how.
who died?
why did they die?
how did they die?
where did they live?
what are they? (demon, angel, spirit, etc)
why do they reside in the place?
do you catch my drift? just ask questions like this every now and then. note: do this at night!

Before you go or once you get to your location you need to protect yourself. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing and ask your angels and spirit guides to cover you in bright white light. This is just a precaution that should be done for you as well as your cousin and her husband. Your angels and spirit guides will be there with you and keep you safe.
